Ceremony 12 January 2000 12 January 2000, Santiago, Chile.

Ceremony for turning over the Mulloy Library to the Direccion de Bibliotecas, Archivos y Museos. Pictured are WIlliam Liller and Rose Marie Wallace (of the EIF), together with Mario Castro (the Director of Museums), and Ocar Acuna (Acting Director of DiBAM). Also in attendance at the ceremony were Claudio Gomez (Director of the island museum and Kay Sanger (EIF President)
The Library The Easter Island offices of the Mulloy Library in Hanga Roa, Isla de Pascua, prior to the improvements made on the building. This building is adjacent to the island museum.
